It's Memorial Day weekend, and lots of family time which may include video rental, or something fun to watch on your streaming service. This week, a bunch of movies from the horrible weather winter, and you may not have ventured out in the cold to see these.
We only show new releases that are major motion pictures and not straight to video, or specific seasons of TV shows making their way to DVD. Where applicable, I will link you back to my original review to help you make an informed decision before you rent, buy, or push pay on your TV remote.
New This Week
The Monuments Men
A huge cast starring George Clooney, and a story that you don't know. Original, although a good movie, not the Oscar-worthy film many thought it might be. Cate Blanchett is amazing.
Pompeii
Immense box office flop. This got lost in a world where these kind of movies all look the same.
3 Days To Kill
Kevin Costner, Amber Heard and Hailee Steinfeld star in this CIA thriller, action comedy of sorts. This was a mild hit, and I liked it more than most.
About Last Night
Kevin Hart comedies are huge! And so was this. Funny, very adult.
